ମୋ ପାଖରେ ରଖିବି ।
କାଲି ଯେବେ ମୋତେ
ନିର୍ଲଜ୍ଜା କହିବେ
ନିଜ ଉପରେ ଟିକେ ନିଜେ
ଢାଳିଦେବି ।

କେମିତି କହିବି ନିଜେ ପରିଷ୍କାର,
ଥକିଗଲିଣି ପା ବୁଝେଇ ବୁଝେଇ
ଯେମିତି ବି ହଉ ବଞ୍ଚିବି କି ନାହିଁ !
କଳା ରଙ୍ଗ ନେଇଛି
ତାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଛାଟିବି
ବରାବର ହବ,
ନିର୍ଲଜ୍ଜା ପା ମୁଁ
ବତେଇବି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଶିଖେଇବି ତାଙ୍କୁ
ରଙ୍ଗ ତ ରଙ୍ଗୀନ
କି ରଙ୍ଗ ଢାଳିବି !!

darkness
in my garden

Some decisions are decanted
through the neurons, emptied
and collected in a carafe
to be sipped with regrets by
another page. Perhaps the
time to scavenge the parallel
universe has arrived,
to discover a story that is worth
telling, better than yours.
Let it rest in the tremor of
restless palpitations,
artificial heat of halogen lamps,
and screams of dying stars, with
the mourning moon ignorant to
the warmth of the sun.

मैं सीता नहीं हूँ जो जलती आग मे कूद जाऊ
मैं सीता नहीं हूँ जो अपनी अस्मत की परीक्षा दे पाऊँ
लगालो दौहमतें जितनी लगनी हों तुमको
मैं सीता नहीं हूँ जो हर परीक्षा दे जाऊँ
परवाह नहीं मुझको ऐ ज़माने तेरी
सिवा रुसवाई के तूने दिया ही क्या है?
ये कलयुग है कोई सतयुग नहीं
जो पुरुषों के पौरुस की खातिर
बिना पाप के पापन केहलाऊँ
मैं सीता नहीं हूँ जो बेकसूर हो कर भी
अपमान की अग्नि में जलती चली जाऊँ !!

चेहरा, आइने में कहां दिखता,
सिर्फ दिखावा.......

Going through a modern app, I stumbled upon a pretty girl,
Nothing for intro and just a handful of photographs,
But these photos held something inquisitive for a guy like me
To indulge into a series of questions and laughs.

We chatted for sometime and then made a call
And talked over bizarre things, till the night's fall
Asthma, mood swings, anxiety, smoking, food habits, were all that we discussed
Don't you think all this is necessary to know the person above mentioned?

She seemed to be a solitary soul, wanting to get rid of boredom,
And I made plans to bring her to my own kingdom,
A kingdom where sad things are executed
And trials are held against rules instituted!

But then what happened, has been happening all the time
Her interest in me faded unwary of my plans,
And our nascent affair saw a shift which was paradigm..

Coming days will decide the course of our venture
Will it be a long lasting thing or just another adventure..
Just another adventure..
