of our ego
blindside us
to the screaming footprints
of the Lord.

We give ourselves
too much importance,
considering the speck of dust
we are.

We must not trust the low tides in life,
As this is a fact, that the low tides are the ones which drag you with the flow and drop you in the middle of ocean.

In those high tides
Be my Saviour
In those low tides
Be my traveller.
But in these world full of warships
Be the lifeboat I wanna live on.

Everything to drink, but nothing to swallow,
Everybody meets, but nobody says hello...
Everywhere to fly, but have no feather,
Everyday someone holds hand, nobody stays together...
Everytime can talk, but nobody is ready to hear,
Everyone calls dear, but nobody really do care...

Our string
of exquisite moments,
like intangible pearls
that tied us close,
a seamless bond
that now has us in knots,
frail fibres hanging loose,
salt drained away
with the low tide of the night
and the sweetness broken
on the rocky shore of ego.
