There is a languid, emerald sea,
where the sole inhabitant is me—
an oceanid, drifting paradisiacally.-
As he smiles languidly while holding my hand.
I sealed my worries inside my heart.-
Moon ignites the night;
Hues the dull; kindles the heart.
Waking love to life.
-
Stiffness turned languid.
Resistance a mere show !
Tremble calmed to peace.
United their breath blow !
Sweat tripping down line;
Such busy are lips with ego !
Silence makes the sound of ;
Increasing love at every go.
-
My mouth full of her river,
lungs craving breath,
soul somewhere
beneath her thighs.-
He lived comfortably
in his aloneness,
in those unachieved pauses
which a frenzied world
could never decipher ;
rhythm to his languid life
mimicking the soulful chords
of a weeping guitar,
yet reflecting joy in abundance.
-
Amidst the silken covers
Steeped in pleasure
Eyes closed in satisfaction
Lips curved in appreciation
Languid she lay
In the aftermath of a sensuous play-
The noises of the world outside do not bother me anymore as I am languid to the ones being repeated in my head.
-
Languid winds
making love
to rustling leaves,
barren earth
offering itself
to pregnant clouds,
resonant thunder
announcing its arrival
from distant lands,
while I wait
like a discarded guitar
for your touch on my chords.-
