In deep waters where I drown
everyday while these people
have life-jackets in their hand
but they like to see me drown
because they don't feel me to be
a part of them yet.
For them,
I am the odd one out.
For them,
I am the outcast.
And they will say,
I am not normal,
They will accuse me of being different
or rather defective and I will smile
because I know my worth,
I have lived with myself and I know,
what I am,
Who I am,
What I can be.
I don't need people's approval.
I don't need to be in their group.
I don't
need people,
to prove my existence.
Society doesn't make me,
I make the society,
A society which will fight
this conservative one,
to bring a new sun
brighter than this one.
