ना गैरों ने तवज्जो दी,
ना अपना कोई काम आया...

टिफिन का डब्बा,
बंद हो कर सो गया l
कागज़ का वो बॉल
कहीं गुम सा हो गया l
जूतों की वो पॉलिश,
कहीं ओझल सी दिखती हैl
और पेन की वो हेरा फेरी,
अब 1000₹ की नोट लगती हैl
पर खुला है आज भी यादों का बस्ता,
जहां यारों से ही मेरा दिल था हँसता l

सुनहरा अवसर भी धुंधला पड़ जाता है
जब कोई धीमे से दिल में ज़हर घोल जाता है

Here I grew
Leaving memories, footprints
of younger me to golden new.
A journey full of goosebumps
that I always cherish to flew.
Maybe I'm a little changed now
But my core still the same &
passionate as of younger one
from whom I grew.

Should I say it a golden opportunity
to invest in gold?

when time to leave
