Fullness
/ˈfʊlnəs/
(n.) 1. The state of being filled to capacity or being full.
2. The feeling you experience when two people, one in front of you, supporting your thighs with their palms and holding your ankles on their shoulders, while the other, behind you, holding you up in their arms, hands circling your waist, while your head rests on their shoulders, both pounding mercilessly in and out, stuffing both holes, only to finish inside of you, filling you up so much that it leaks out.
