Freelance writer Laura stared at her client's message as she blinked back tears. "This is unacceptable. Why couldn't you do this right the first time like I asked you?"

Of course Laura had done everything the client asked for. She had even revised the article 4 times when her package only allowed for 2 revisions. All she had done was warn the client that the topic wasn't a popular one, to better help the client's blogging needs. But she had spent hours working on each revision of this article and now the client wanted to cancel the order and not even pay her.
