5 Resolutions I know are gonna break
in 2018, like every year :-

1. I'll believe more on digital friends.
2. I'll give up eating Samosas.
3. I'll sleep less.
4. I'll quit social networking.
5. I'll change myself just for the sake of
being better in the eyes of others.

• Waking up early in the morning 😩
• Follow all the restrictions imposed by
my doctor 😫
• Reduce my level of sarcasm 😏
• Not getting emotional 😢
• To indulge in self love 😑

It was just the starting of year
And thousands of resolutions
But time kept passing on
And all I did was nothing
Now the time has come
When the year is to end
And the book of 2k17
Is about to close
With thousands of feelings,
Some new experiences,
Some heartbreaking moments
And some happy moments
And now all I wish to say sorry
To all those whom I have hurt
And thanks to all those
Who made me happy
Let's end up chapter of 2k17
With smile on each faces
And begins the new year
With love,hope and resolution.

Gym, Diet and early to bed
Is what january said
For sure no night outs
Is what february shouts
No smoke and no drink
March Budget makes my pocket shrink
April may June July
Tempts me, makes me cry
August lits a cigarette
September offers a drink
October november december
Resolutions again I remember

With every passing second,
I felt you more close
And I grew to be more fecund
Of our entangled pose.

And while you dwelt as such
Throughout the year
In my dreamy sphere,
I heard your laughing touch.

And while 2017 comes to an end,
Let my presence in 2018 blend
So that I could
Break resolutions under the hood.

In 2018, lets refresh.
And then I shall
Meet, love, kiss and eat erotic flesh.
But LOL. This time no dreamy canal.

If you ask me the Meaning of 'resolution';
I'll say that it's a to-do list for JUST the first week of January.

▶ It's the Waking up on 1st of Jan to watch the sunrise before you,
Only to Sleep In the very next day,
complaining of chapped lips and dry hands.

▶ It's to Learning something each day, Picking up a hobby & Stop procrastinating,
Only so you could surf internet on "What to learn tomorrow"
And end up watching YouTube whole day.

▶ It's to Start doing planks everyday and
Writing in journal everyday;
Only to "remember" to start doing
planks "Tomorrow",
which almost definitely Never comes.

▶ It's to Being more grateful and
Reading more books this year,
Only to ACTUALLY complete this resolution
And boast about it thereafter..

The new year is approaching,
Our minds are sizzling,
The air around us, is buzzing
With varied resolutions,making
The whole process so very exciting.

So many promises made to self,
Expectations slowly engulf,
And we trust ourselves,
That we hoard on oneself,
Rules, that fall later from the shelf.

We make them every year,
But do not give a ear,
As situations change gear,
And we look at the rear,
Instead, look ahead with Love and Cheer.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year 2018,
Come calmly, we are all eagerly waiting,
Celebrating it with happiness and a glass of beer,
As we shake hands with all, who are near and dear!
