As a kid, he imagined that he will grow up to be the best brother, husband and father.

He promised himself that he wouldn't be living a life like his abusive father or alcoholic mother.

But, years later, when he looked at the mirror with his grey strands, his wrinkled face and a spree of failures behind him, his alter-ego laughed at him.

Like many others, he too became a victim of troubled relationships.

A child grown up in a dysfunctional family
must follow two things religiously
in order to live a healthy adulthood.

1. Build up a better life that is free of
dysfunctions, and if possible,
save the other victims of the
family from the same.

2. Understand the irregularities in the
pattern of his/her thoughts
and behaviours, and take the
necessary steps in order to
rectify them or at least
keep under control.
