January rain

He went straight towards the desk of the policeman without a single glance around.

His eyes were bloodshot and swollen due to the continuous crying.

The policeman startled, said while standing up,' Mr. Martin, what happened?'

' Do you know who I am ?,' he said in a hoarse voice.

' What are you saying sir? I know it very well. You are the most talented architecture in the whole Chicago.'

' NO! No, I am not. I am a murderer. A KILLER. I KILLED MY WIFE WITH MY OWN HANDS!!,' he shouted.

' W-what are you saying sir?,' the policeman said while hesitating.

' I am saying the truth. Arrest me and put me in the prison. I killed the person I loved so dearly. My Anne. I killed her.'

' But why?'

' Because she was poor and my family wanted to kill her...,' he said as he lost everything inside him and sat on the floor crying.

or loose for life. I love you
even though you lost
the game last night. I'd love to
watch you play under those
baseball field lights.
