in your body to take care of you.
And you still allow their
few judgements to

by killing your own spirit of life
with too many thoughts?

Our heart is challenged at each beat,
to force the blood against the closed valves .
Still it succeeds
to make a trillion oxygen starved cells
breathe . .
The day it will fail,
Life will vaporize from us .
Why then do we fail to face
our own life challenges,
shying away from them,
When toughness resides
in our very arteries . . ?

Cells are in constant motion because of heat energy. Once the heat energy (from sun) of outside and inside(cells) is equal,then there is devastation

सम्मान पाने के योग्य हैं

गंगा बहती रहती हैं
अपनी धार में
पृथ्वी घूमती रहती है
अपने अक्ष पर
सूर्य होता रहता है
उत्तरायण से दक्षिणायन
बीज बनते रहते हैं
गगनचुम्बी पेड़
कोशिकाएं बनती
रहती हैं शरीर
बूँद बनते रहते हैं
बादल
लड़के बनते रहते हैं पुरुष
पुरुष बनते रहते हैं महापुरुष

केवल गृहिणियाँ ही
जीवनपर्यंत
स्थिर रह जाती है
अपने बनाये गए
छोटे से जैवमण्डल में।
इसलिए शायद
वो सम्मान के
योग्य नही कहलातीं।

वो कहलाती हैं
केवल दया और सहानुभूति की पात्र
