you better
break the cage !

There! sitting on the couch;
Gazing through the window with an incessant stare at the rain;
Droplets of heaven pelting down as if there is no tomorrow,
draining away all her joys and her sorrow.
Relaxed as she may seem;
with a gazillion thoughts on her mind,
she wants to take that flight into the boundless Sky, silver lined.
Her true calling might seem a service to mankind,
but all she wants is to break free to the thoughts opined.
Being selfish ain’t so bad,eh mate!
Whilst music, writing or acting may open up their gate;
To a world of discoveries!

By the time you realise
What you did was a mistake,
I would be far away from
your life, in a better space where,
There would be no looking back!

We are restricted to follow the system,
Why did they make such a system?
Which took the real freedom far away
Made us understand the definition
Not considering the real freedom of flying

My perspective is limited to
The world I am living in 
I want to discover this world,
The world I want to live in

Who will let me free from this prison?
Who will set  me up from this horizon?
I wish I had wings to fly 
So that I wouldn’t need any help to glide

They say there are many world that exist
I want to discover them all, if it was in clinch,
How I want to live those lives
Truly yet partially understand their life

It sounds like a fairy tale story
But, thoughts have the power to fulfil
Thou, there might be road blocks on the way
Still, the road is wide open if you break free

In the painful journey of break-up to breakdown,
we miss to realise that we are breaking free.

Not all of us
can afford the luxury of breaking free.
But that doesn't mean one ever stops craving
the forbidden fruit called freedom.

I realized myself
Living in a world
Which does
All it can
To pull me down
From being myself,

Which is also
The same thing
About it,
That gives me
The guts to break free
From it !
