Past Trauma emotional unstability
Overtaking my happiness

People, especially women, who cannot keep a stable relationship are often mercilessly criticised. Am not generalizing, but there are medical conditions that may prompt them to do so. Mental disorders like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) are nasty, and the affected simply won't be able to stay emotionally connected to a single partner.

Saying this here because the average Indian's knowledge about mental health is so poor. Lets destigmatize mental health.

I may feel intensely and can struggle with balance, but I do feel.
My moods may shift quickly, but I am passionate.
I may fear abandonment, but I deserve love.
I may feel empty at times, but I am loved.
I may disassociate and feel disconnected, but I am healing.
I may act impulsive, but I am adventurous!
You may not understand, but God does.

I've become almost genius, at detaching myself from a very uncomfortable situation, at the spur of the moment.
Spacing out and losing time is comparable to brushing my teeth.
Until, my spiral of emotions interferes, like a tornado demanding to make it's appearance and be heard!
No more hiding...

I took care to see
The prisms of the unknown
