1. Reward motivation

2. Fear of punishment

Governments only use the second...

Teachers and parents should not try to become the government!!!

Some sympathy
When they fall,
But I go with
A rude
wake up call,
They feel hurt
And try to overcome,
It ables them
to fight
With the help of none ,
As you know

ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ತನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನೇ ತಾನೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಪಾಥಕ್ಕೆ ದೂಡಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ....
