After getting selected to be an officer in Indian army, we have to be enrolled in Indian military academy or national defence academy and qualify in it's standard before getting commissioned.

After getting selected to be a civil servant, we have similar institutions to get trained and qualify their tests before getting authorised.

I think our current situation of politics, need a similar structure. After getting elected, our elected politicians must go through a course and qualify in order to be authorised to lead the country.
