फ्लाईओवर बहुत होंगे

मुझे शौक नहीं

खेलती-कूदती... पर अब मैं चुप हूं।

हमारी कमियाँ देखकर |
हम तो पंहुच गए मंज़िल पर,
तुम वहीं पड़े रहे ख़ामियाँ गिनकर |

I might have lost my self respect.
But I ended with Grace
A smile on my face and
Forgiveness in my Heart.

Would you believe if I say,

they touched my tiny limbs

with their tickling toes?

They too accelerated their

breathe by gripping my hand

when they fell hard on my lows.

Stardust beneath her feet,
Lightning in her steps,
She lit the stage on fire.

After winning the National dance championship,
She recalled that day about 10 years back.

Seniors laughing,
"You can't dance, you little idiot."

from another!", they mocked.
But he could differentiate between
all the shades of pain that
coloured his tired soul.
Ranging from the intense ones
that broke him, to the ones
that thumped with every
beat of his heart,
making him regret
that he was still alive.
