a nightmare? A nightmare that is
Deja Vu to you? A nightmare that
you actually lived? Lived once
physically and then a million times
in your head? Feeling like something
is churning your gut? Getting constant
heart palpitations and sweat in the
winter? Shaking hands and pulsating
nerves? Cold feet and sweaty palms?
The goosebumps and shiver down the
spine? Red face and your ears on fire?
Migraines and unlimited tears? Chaped
lips and bleeding nose? Unable to
breathe and blurred vision? Voiceless
throat and blue fingernails? Loneliness
and the traumatic memories?Wondering
whom to call and then realising that
you got nobody and the ones you got
are way too precious to disturb at this
hour? Have you ever acted like
everything's okay and smiled to prove
the same to the world after all this?

I had my fifth panic attack
of the year, three months ago.
My body was shivering
with thousand ants of fear
running down
and my heart was beating
like the flicking street light
beside my home.
