Both of us always loved going on long walks. We believed that's the best way to explore. One Sunday evening, while we were on our walk to the seaside, we found a young kitten struggling to walk. It was very timid and its voice seemed like it had been crying. He gently picked it up and tried calming it. We asked people in the nearby street shops if they knew the kitten. We took a rickshaw and reached the nearby cat cafe. We went inside and told them about the kitten. We loved the place and asked the staff about the concept of the cat cafe. They explained it to us. We decided to explore there for an hour. The cats gave us no attention. When the snacks we ordered arrived, I picked up a fry but felt someone pulling it from me. Turned out there was another kitten who was snatching it from me. The cute banter went on and soon we realised we had spent 3 hours. As we were getting up to leave, that same kitten tried pulling my jeans asking me to stop. With my heavy heart, I had to bid goodbye with a promise we will visit her every weekend.

Today I visited the cat cafe. The kitten is now all grown up having fun. It looked at me asking with love. It made me a question, "Where is my hooman?"

It helps me ponder upon every decision I make.
It helps me and guides my way.

Music always had a special place in our relationship. While street hopping on a Sunday evening, we came across a beautiful cafe. The wind, the coffee and the music made it a bewitching setting. As we were about to leave, a beautiful song started playing which had a soothing instrumental. I was thrilled listening to it. So we asked the cafe owner which song was it & what the instrument was. The owner told us the name of the instrument like a ukulele. We immediately decided to check it out. A mile from our location there was a Kadence music store. We went there and checked out ukuleles. I was taken by it. Within an hour, we left the shop with a ukulele in our hand. We both began seriously practising on it. Within a month I played him my first song on our ukulele. He was excited. He promised me that someday when I become an expert, we will perform in front of a crowd. I held his hand and told him that I will work hard to make this dream come true.

Today, I took out my ukulele from the cupboard. It was some time since I had played it but still, it was good. The only issue was that though the ukulele made a soothing sound, there was no soul in its music. He had taken it away with him.
