Tugged me with warmth and whelm,
You growled and moaned at my puny paw,
As I caressed you with zeal and awe,
That moonlight night, oh I remember,
When you heaved me into lustrous limber,
Our elders were furious with our act,
You were thrown out, out your pack,
My eternal wolfpack grew ferocious too,
When we got caught in that nostalgic zoo,
That squelching night that followed,
When they pawed me until I bled,
I ran away, with pain and disdain,
