মন মেতেছেও জবর
শূন্য থেকে শুরুর মানে
কেবলমাত্র তারাই জানে
মন্দোবাসার আলিঙ্গনে
মনখারাপের খবর।
মন ভালো নেই,
মন ভালো থাকে না কোনদিনও
যতদিন যায় মনও বৃদ্ধ হয়
আমরা শুধু নিজের বুঝি-

তাকে বাড়তে দিতে হয়
