We have reached here after maneuvering through different experiences, events, characters and relationships. We are pioneers of our existence, for no two person, including siblings, trod through the same path in life. Our thoughts web through different frequencies since we absorb ideas uniquely from vivid observations. But still, half of the world's population stares, taunts and judges the other half based on their physical appearance, attires and aloofness rather than knowledge, mannerisms and gratuity.

And, when vivid colours communicate in silence,
Painting becomes poetry.

There is something
vividly romantic about
rusty iron gates
and rain soaked flowers.

The days felt like
dry sand
mixed with glass shards
piercing through my palms
like I fisted it all
in my hands tight.

I can't give you
a vivid description
of what depression feels like,
I'm not that gifted.
I can only tell you
how important it is
that you heal.

The new growth,
The new leaves,
The new me !
And its then that I know,
I had to let my old leaves go,
To be born afresh.

My roots inspired me
To stand . .
To grow !
I couldn't do it without them

हमारी पीढ़ी ने तो देखा ही नहीं था इनका ये रूप,
समझा ही नहीं था अब तक इनका महत्व,
आज हम जान पा रहे हैं, गर ये लोग नहीं होते तो क्या होता,

इनके भी परिवार हैं, इनके भी बच्चे हैं,
ये आर्थिक तौर पर उतने मज़बूत भी नहीं हैं,

फिर भी आ रहे हैं ये
हमारे टीका लगाने,
हमारी जांच करने,
हमें दवाएं लिखने...
और न जाने कौन-कौनसे ऐसे काम के लिए...

जिनके लिए हम खुद बाहर नहीं आना चाह रहे...

क्या इनका कर्ज हम इस जीवन में उतार पाएंगे,
या इनके परिवारों का हम पर कर्ज...हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ियां...
