Each time you arrive, some unknown noise wakes me and you slip out my eyes. I am barely holding on, together I put my palms and pray on, for you to arrive and cradle me on. I wonder what you look like , are you the palest light, or my guardian angle at night?

Dear medications
For years I have been on these medications.
Some of the tablets are for high blood pressure, another for cholesterol and the others for pain and aiding me to sleep. If anything at all, these medications leave me feeling constipated and ill. It's bad enough having to take the doses four times a day, that taking the tablets at bedtime have to be included too, however I am thankful that I manage to sleep and am pain free. Medications how would I fair without You!
