میں کتابوں کی دوکان میں کھڑی تھی . پیچھے سے آواز آئ : بیٹا ! آپ کا بل میں ادا کروں گا . میں نے وجہ پو چھی تو کہنے لگے کہ اس دوکان میں گاہکوں سے زیادہ ملازم ہیں . طلبا میں کتابوں کا رجحا ن کم ہو گیا ہے . اس شوق کو بڑھانا ہو گا .مجھے تب ادراک ہوا کہ جب تک ایسے لوگ موجود ہیں کتابیں پڑھنے والے بھی ختم نہیں ہو سکتے . اس وقت میں نے بھی دل میں ارادہ مصمم کر لیا کہ کتابوں سے محبت کے اس چراغ کو روشن رکھنے میں میں بھی اپنا ہاتھ بڑھاوں گی .
