I don't know what it's like to be in depression. I seriously fail to relate with that feeling or an emotion or a supposed 'illness' which it has become. But I feel like it is a very serious problem if you fail to pay heed to it or try to suppress or hide it from those who care for you, for they are the only ones who can sincerely make all kinds of effort to pull you out of that seemingly sad abyss.
Those who are in depression need to know that your loved ones would be more than ready to help you and support you.
Why do you think that suicide is an option when it should never have ever gotten a place for itself, even in the dictionary.
Your pain, however extreme, will definitely come to an end some day, but the life you were presented with, the life that your parents were delighted to bring forth into this world, can never be brought back, and the joys and pleasant memories, the games you've played with your friends, the fun times that could have happened, would be IMPOSSIBLE if you were to just disappear.
Life gets hard and excruciatingly painful too, but it all happens for a reason. Trust in God who created you for a wonderful purpose and remember, you are loved beyond measure.

We should do life in favor.
We have to resolution.

If our life Stops somewhere, RESTART is also an option.

'The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins'. Simi said.

'Hmmm…' Bisi pondered.

'Yes, you are loved and forgiven. His death was the ultimate sacrifice for our sins'. Simi said.

‘I always thought my sins were too much for God to forgive.’ Bisi said in relief.

‘I have been in your shoes; I know exactly how you feel but there is no condemnation for any man in Christ’.
