A Room of One’s Own
A woman seeks her sanctuary,
Not just a room with a lock and key,
But a space where her spirit is free.
Not just walls that seal her plight,
But a haven for her soul's respite.
In the midst of judgements and blame,
She seeks a refuge, to shed the guilt
To reflect, to introspect, to renew
In the echoes of her solitude,
She hears the whispers of her inner voice,
She finds her strength and sovereign choice.
Let her space be vast and wide,
Where no judgment may reside,
Airy, light, and unconfined,
A place for her peace of mind.
So let there be a room, a hallowed zone,
Where she can simply be alone,
To breathe, to dream, to freely roam,
In a space that's truly her own!
