"Where is your father?"
Asked the principal
in the school meeting.
"There she is", answered the 6 yrs old.
And the single mother had never felt so proud before.

A mother's letter to her son
Honestly I don't know from where to start, But yeah, when I look at you, you are my greatest pleasure, and reminds me how strong I was by looking at your small face, your tiny toes. I may be a strong and ideal mother to you but I was broken inside. My whole world shattered when your father left me back alone in this world.
I want you to know that I still struggle with those memories. I smile outside while I'm broken inside.
But sometimes when you ask me if I'm ok and you do something to make me happy, that enlightens me. My heart swells with pride to see your efforts.
I have often told you that I want to bring all happiness in your small world. But I get shattered when I see that you are unhappy. I know you wanted a family like other children have.
You are worth each pain, each tear, each drop of my blood in my body. You are not only my son, you are my confidence, my pride, my happiness, my world. I'm happy because of you. It was you, who helped me to get rid of my pain. I don't have much words to express my gratitude, all I can say " I love you so much ".

"Here,I made this for you" said smiling,
A 45 year old son giving a card to his mother...
"What is this?" She asked adjusting her glasses.
"Open and see for yourself"
& she slowly opened the greeting card
and tears flowed through her eyes,
"HAPPY FATHERS DAY MAA!"
The son spoke the words
inscribed in the card
which were now
on his mother's heart.♥
~Mothers are Fathers as well~
