when you a see a women nude or watching adult content.

Hold that "sexual energy" a little longer than blasting it off (instead hold that erotic state and breathe through it)
as soon as possible, this helps when
she needs it a bit more from you :)

Lord send me light to help me fight my inner demon: the base part of me that wants me to waste all my semen. If I don't have control over my lower desire, how can I expect my soul to ever rise higher? If I don't protect my chi, or my life force energy, how will I ever be advanced spiritually?
