Loneliness tastes like,
Scorching hot tea
Thats burns the insides

As well as scorching heat burning the soul
I'm shore of life balancing the extremes.

Who else can give you these scorching memories ?
And you still wear them ?

Take them off ?

I feel that I should stop going in this scorching journey of overhelming thoughts...but my loneliness always cast a shadow upon my thoughts to go on an so on!

The diyas got lit to extirpate the darkness at least for a day while hope of a heart got lit to achieve what it craved for all long, at least for a day.
Smiles played on lips of innocent children playing with crackers with a twinkle of happiness in their eyes while that heart prayed that none of them should ever loose their innocent smiles while they grow up in a society where these children should get acquainted to live their lives according to society scorching their own dreams.
It prayed that those children should grow strong and can acquire a bright life instead of living a life based on their families and society's thinking.
It prayed at least these little innocents should never become prey of their parents aspirations and of society's rules.
Or maybe such things are forbidden to ask.

And back are the days
when we have to suffer,
These strong sun rays
and scorching summer..

Days become our enemies
and nights our darlings,
When we all wish to step out
only in the evenings..

Sunscreens and umbrellas
become our best friends,
No matter what, we can't
afford to forget them ..

Mangoes are a compensation
to bear this painful season,
When kids enjoy their holidays
and oldies their pensions..
