We can't tackle negativity with negativity unless it's a war.
So when we come in contact with negativity, instead of reacting mindlessly, we need the flight or freeze option leaving the fight option for only extreme cases.
After the flight or freeze, may be in mind or in reality, we need to rearrange the scenario as per our intent, maybe humorously, tragically, melancholically, soothingly, lovingly or even can reduce it to the core of nothingness if it's pure negativity.-
Be grateful for what you have
Gratitude and fear or anger cannot exist simultaneously. The oy thing that can coexist at the same time with gratitude is joy.
Become grateful for what you have and that you are alive here, right now. There is magic to this world that you can only understand when you become happy with what you have.
It will show you that you do not need that much to be happy and that you could have been happy all along. It will reframe what matters and put it in a different light, making it easier for you to experience real joy.

Session Learnings: A side effect of overpampering is the feeling of guilt. No matter how perfect you are, no matter how many precautions you take, still, you can't be 100% guaranteed for any mishappening or mistake. Putting self and others into the guilty or blaming and keeping children into the over pampering mode decreases the level of resiliency.
