One of the most difficult things for present day New Testament Prophets is embracing the fullness of the Office because we still want to think our lives can be close to a semblance of what's normal.

Salawaat of Sayyidina Ali 

صَلَواتُ اللهِ تعالى ومَلائِكَتِهِ وأنبيائه ورَسُلِهِ وجَميعِ خَلْقِهِ على مُحَمِّدٍ وعلى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عليه وعليهمُ السَّلامُ ورَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعالى وبَرَكاتُهُ.

“The Prophets aren't powerful, the God they serve is!”

The prophets weren't sent here
for their followers to remain as slaves;
they came here to remind us
to resurrect before we reach our graves.
In one way or another
we must enter the next dimension;
those who are awakened
will enjoy the spiritual ascension.
Religion was revealed to us
to make us more receptive -
to the Divine Blessings
that make us more perceptive.
We must open our inner eye
so we can go beyond the physical;
Jesus healing the blind man
was more than a physical miracle.

"Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in His prophets and you will be successful. "

All prophets were on the side of the weak and the oppressed. All pure souls of every era are on the side of the oppressed and all evil people of every era favour the aggressors. Which side do you favour?

I'm grateful for the prophets
who guided us to pray;
if it weren't for prayer
I could have gone astray.
Maybe I would be agnostic
or maybe even an atheist;
I think that some of y'all
may be able to relate to this.
So let's offer thanks to our Lord
for the gift of supplication;
when it comes to praising Him
there's no such thing as adulation.

Prophets we may be the conduit for the prophesy but it's not automatic that we'll know the interpretation. For your good and that of your hearer(s) default your mind to consistently asking "Lord what does this mean?".
