My Take on Hazrat Ayesha (RA)

The age of Hazrat Ayesha (RA) is not important. What is actually important is her consent at the time of her marriage and her happiness after the marriage. She was a brave and strong woman—she even led a battle against the Lion of God. Had she been unhappy in her marriage, she certainly could have sought separation from the Prophet. But the haters won’t tell you that. I am happy with that marriage because she herself was happy in it. I have no right to challenge her choice.
