کبھی کسی بُرے سے بُرے اِنسان
کو سچّے پیار کے ساتھ دو
باتیں کہو تو وہ آپ کی
آنکھوں کے سامنے ایک
فرشتے میں بدل جائے گا۔

عبدالمطلب نے کعبے میں رکھے گئے بُتوں کے سامنے ایک وعدہ کیا تھا کہ اگر اُس کے گھر میں دس بیٹے پیدا ہوئے تو وہ ہبل (ایک بت) کے سامنے اپنے ایک بیٹے کو قربان کرے گا۔ جب اُس کے گھر میں دس بیٹے پیدا ہوئے تو اُس نے ہبل کے سامنے ایک بیٹے کے بدلے ایک سو اونٹ قربان کئے۔ (کتاب: الرحیق المختوم )
لیکن ایک سچّا مسلمان صرف اللہ تعالی سے غیبی مدد مانگتا ہے۔

Work vs inner peace?

One should work to earn respect and inner peace but one should not sacrifice either respect or inner peace to obtain work. No amount of money and no chair can provide inner peace to a disrespected person.

Most conflicts in the world happen because of money and different beliefs. We want to have more money than others or we force others to accept our beliefs.

اپنا ذہنی سُکون برقرار رکھنے کے لیے میں اِن لوگوں سے دوُر رہتا ہوں:

1) وہ لوگ جو مجھے سلام سے پہلے ہی پوچھتے ہیں کہ میں کیا کام کرتا ہوں اور کتنا کماتا ہوں۔
2) وہ لوگ جو اللّٰہ تعالی کی طاقتوں سے بے خبر ہیں۔
3) وہ لوگ جو پیسوں کے لیے رشتے جوڑتے بھی ہیں اور توڑتے بھی ہیں۔
4) وہ لوگ جو کتابیں تو پڑھتے نہیں ہیں لیکن سُنی سُنائی باتوں پر مرنے مارنے کے لیے تیار ہو جاتے ہیں۔
5) وہ لوگ جو اپنی چھوٹی چھوٹی خوشیوں کے لیے اپنے خاندان کی عزّت یا اپنے قوم کی عزّت یا اپنے ہی مستقبل کی دھجّیاں اڑا رہے ہیں۔
6) وہ لوگ جو کسی کا خیر یا احسان یاد نہیں رکھتے ہیں۔
7) اور وہ لوگ جو مشورے بڑے جوش اور جذبے سے دیتے ہیں لیکن ہاتھ یا جیب سے مدد نہیں کرتے ہیں۔
