The seas may be rough , but i am the captain ! No matter how difficult , i will always prevail.

We were wayward pirates, drowning in the obsessions of our flourishing love. We cruised through the wild waters, hijacking the merriment from lost sailors. That agitated storm zapped you to a different current, to a distant lover and I was stranded, amidst the taunting sharks and questioning clouds, waiting for the pirates to ransack me. Without you, my mermaid, I am a lost sailor too now, deserted and depleted.

It was the farewell night,
She was dressed, a queen
And he, a pirate.
Misfortunes happen.
They met for the first time,
Felt it like lifelong-ness,
And moved apart.
They weren't the parallel lines of galaxy,
They were the intersecting lines*.

The last pirate of the sea
Was unfortunately a poet
Who robbed off its umpteen
Questions that laid dormant
In the Unfathomable sands of
Ocean.-
And, there she was!
As the first rays of a summer morn,
escaped its horizon and kissed me ship forlorn,
there, she swayed to the tantrums of a calming tide,
singing a song no sailor would fear, wearing a smile like a virgin bride.
Ahoy me wretched lasses! For she aint one among you, landlubbers;
for, I see pearls of salt adorning her brow, a gift of the seas, where no winds blow.
Sailing me ship, to the north of Carina,
I aint left no choice, to halt me voyage and give her a name. "Let me call you, Serena"
"Join me on me haul, I'll adorn you with me finest plunder and treasures untouched;
you'll be me bride of an old salt, ain't no one here to touch you, or he shall be lynched"
Aye! She came near, slithering, and leaned over on the deck, lips leaking like a dredge;
squiffy and seduced, me captain hummed the sailors' last song, and scurried to the edge.
They kissed like lovers separated by many a nightly horizons,
as she dragged me captain into the depths of the ocean, locked in the kiss of unholy treason.
Ahoy me wretched lasses! For she aint one among you, landlubbers;
for, I saw pearls of salt adorning her brow,
a gift of the seas, where no winds blow.

// Pirate //
As the stormy sea takes me for a ride,
Over the horizon I see the light,
Is that a lighthouse,
Or a pyre burning bright?
I have paid my dues,
Scrubbing the deck,
Holding the mast upright,
Now as the sails vaporize in flames,
Do I become casabianca
And perish along the
drowning ship's plight?
A shiny heart and a bottle of
courage is what I need to
take on the sea,
As the gusty wind
crawls into my hair,
I will hold out my compass,
Urging it to guide me
where I am supposed to be,
Reading the map leading
me to the truth of myths,
Scavenging barren islands
for lost treasures,
I will sail through the
thunderstorm of this night,
After all, a pirate's life
is what I have.-
For days and nights he traveled across the sea. The pearl, the key, the map, the treasures - his motivation. The crews conglomerated and peace was restored. What a life a pirate must have!
