नेकी के बदले नेकी चाहोगे,
मान - सम्मान चाहोगे,
आदर्श बनने का ख़िताब चाहोगे,
तब तक मन बैचेन ही रहेगा।
पर जिस दिन इस विचारधारा को अपना लोगे,
"नेकी करो और दरिया में डालो"
तब सही मायने में दिल को सुकूँन मिलेगा,
निष्‍काम कर्म से ही दिल को सुकूँन मिलेगा।

अपनी बेहतरीन कोशिश करना,
कभी इस वजह से ना छोड़ें,
कि लोग आपकी तारीफ नहीं कर रहे......

अपने कर्म निष्काम भाव से करते रहे,
आप स्वयं ही अपने हर क्षण के साक्षी हैं.....

ऐसे काम किया जाय
की किसी से कुछ उम्मीद न लगाई जाए...

फिर सारे दुःख ही न मिट जाए।

निष्काम भाव से किया गया कर्म ,कर्म फल से मुक्त होता है ,जीव यदि निष्काम भाव से कर्म करे और कर्म फल को ईश्वर को समर्पित कर दे, तो उसे कर्म फल भोगने के लिए दोबारा जन्म नही लेना पड़ता है अर्थात उसे मुक्ति मिल जाती है|

हर मंजिल हासिल होगी तुझे, बस तु रब को याद करते हुए निष्काम भाव से कर्म करता जा.... 

मंजिल की ओर हो तुम्हारी नजरें और राहों की कठिनाईयों को परे रख, तु मंजिल की ओर बढ़ता जा....

Only when your action is the expression of your happiness within,you are not attached to the result of your action.

So the whole concept of Nishkama karma or non-attachment to results is all about performing action in happiness and not for happiness.

Workplace: My Place of Worship

For me, the workplace is the best place of worship—where I move one step closer to salvation. It is here that I learn and practice the art of attachment with detachment.

Attachment to the work itself—its challenges, the spirit of teamwork, the quiet sacrifice of family time, the selfless giving. Understanding the deeper needs of society, the roots of distorted behaviors, frustration, and egoism in others. A silent fulfillment in shouldering responsibilities beyond my own.

And at the same time, detachment from any expectation of reward, appreciation, or recognition—be it from colleagues or family. A gentle reminder to keep going without seeking anything in return.

This practice cleanses me from within.

And in that stillness, I feel it—each particle in the universe resonates at its own frequency, emitting a unique vibration. A rhythm of purpose.

There is a whole world yet to explore.
