तिज़ोरी की चौकसी के लिए, सजाया था।
न कि दिलों के तार तोड़ने के लिए,बिठाया था।
कायल खुले जज्बातों का,जमाना हुआ करता था।
फिर आज हमारी ज़िन्दगी मोहताज़ क्यों है?
हमे अपने दिल के दरवाज़े खोलने है,
हर उस देहलीज़ को पार कर रूह में उतरना है।
इंसानी हुकूमत के फूल-गलीचों को मेहकाना है।
