While we were watching the movie he suddenly cocked his head and gave me a look.
"What!" I asked, stuffing my face with a handful of popcorn.
"I'm not romantic. I can't be like...you know."
He waved his hand pointing at the romcom playing.
I nodded and said nothing.
Later that night, he tugged my skirt that had ridden up my thigh in sleep and tucked the blanket tight around me.
When my door closed shut behind him,
I turned on my couch, mumbling,
"liar."

This time, on right side of the screen.

"Should we move this to bed?"

Smiling at this fresh thought she rolled and kissed him good night..
But In her mind, this very thought pushed her way ahead,
