You knew what was coming,
You knew the time had come...
Yet you never asked why...
Yet you walked the path by..
You humbled yourself
You washed the feet...
So that we too may..
Repeat the feat!
The best form of love .
You kept at display...
So that love would prosper..
In each and every way..
The supper was last...
Yet you didn't ask why..
The hour was about to pass
Yet you never asked why...
A kiss would sound betrayal
Yet you never asked why..
You fell on your knees
Your prayed from within deep..
"Let it pass but not my!
Thy will be done"
For every sin was now accounted..
On your body, to be mounted!
Laying your life for us..
Doing what no one does...
Where you spoke and spread love...
One of its gesture had taken you towards,
What was to be the good Friday!
Belief made way to the Easter Sunday!

"This is my body and this my blood,"
Said Jesus as He broke the bread.
The feast of the unleavened bread,
"Do this in my remembrance,"said the Holy One.
He had known well about that great betrayal
That would take place before dawn,
That cost only a few pieces of silver.

Today reach out in
Love and Forgiveness
Hug your family
Tell them you love them
Forgive all those who hurt you
And ask for forgiveness too
Let's reach out to one another
In these trying times
Jesus gave us today
And every day
Love and Forgiveness.

God sent us into this world with a purpose, so never be disheartened if the world does not realise your worth, for you are part of His Divine Plan.You will always be His precious child. When dark stormy clouds envelop the sky, do not be afraid, for He will give you wings to rise above the storm. Let us live by the commandment Jesus gave us, " Love one another, as I have loved you."

Let's be humble on this Maundy Thursday and get prepared for our sins to be forgiven soon as God so loved us, He gave up his only dear Son.
