The body physiology undergoes changes that include:

Try to go without eating for atleast 12 hours daily anytime of the day that includes the sleeping time.That means if you can't skip your breakfast then take your dinner early like between 7 pm to 8 pm. Then have your breakfast at 8.
This way you have 12 hours without eating anything and in that time period glucose will be generated from fat stores in the body to provide energy and eventually will lead to weight loss.-
In my meals I don't eat breakfast. It's always the case because as people who know me are aware that I wake up after 12 in noon. So naturally my first meal of the day is lunch. Which I take around 2 to 4 pm. Then my last meal of the day is before 9 pm and I just don't eat anything after that.
That means I'm eating only 6-8 hours a day and fasting remaining 16-18 hours.
So what happened here is without my knowing I was following INTERMITTENT FASTING. That is the main reason of my weight loss including
healthy food choices.
