एक रोज मुझे,
कुछ लिखे बिना ही सोना था,
रेहके "मोन" मुझको, निशब्द होके ही सोना था,
पर दिल मशरूफ था, आंखे गुलज़ार थी,
देखा कलम को जो..
हो अल्फजो से पूर्ण "शाई" भिखरने को त्यार थी,
मेहरूम सा कोरा कागज,
रंगने को एक बार फिर बेकरार था,
इतनी उथल पुथल देख
छोड़ी सारी उलफत, मैंने भी वो सब कहे डाला..
मोन था जो लबों पे.. उसका अक्षर अक्षर माला में मोती की तरह प्रिहो डाला...

More often than not, it is therapy to thrive in such careless, blissful moments..
In a me-driven world, I wish more of us knew how to remain anonymous with pleasure,
how to relish the minimalist design of everydayness!

Winning is not only an art ,It is out come of daily rituals in which we sacrifice our comfort , Complacency and conditioned mindset .

Most of the time we find it hard to pause because we are dealing with a lot of chaos and yet the only way to pause is to deal with chaos but by taking one thing at a time. And eventually creating a daily routine where pauses become a part of your scheduled times.
