I shall make a velvet
cushion out of all
my unsaid words,
times I looked at
you without looking,
searching for you in
strangers and liquor. Every time
I chose silence over love talks.

I shall make a bouquet
of sweetest words dipped
in honey cravings of
my voluptuous desires.
Tears I shed when I
missed you so much
my heart almost burst
open revealing old wounds too.

My metronome
gives me tinnitus,am stone
deaf! Color blind! Living dead!
I shall dedicate my life
for you, I will delicately
string along all those places
we never dreamt of going,
I will build temples in your name.

But, promise me you will
always be the last nail in my coffin.

I'm not afraid.
Rather I embrace
the breaking of the glasses inside us, truly.
For, we may not be two cushions
cuddling from above,
soaking each milk and rum selfishly beneath us.
We are at least two broken glasses,
sharing our transparencies
through every bit of sunlight and darkness we face,
broken and still semi-wholes,
fine enough to fit each other.
We will still cling and clink sharp at each other
even if we are broken into dust.
