I come to every night,
when nothing else gives solace.
And it never disappoints.
I crib and cry and crib some more.
I pour out my heart
and it listens
while it embraces me,
tight,
yet allowing me to breathe freely,
till my now empty heart plays a soft rhythmic beat
that puts me to sleep.

I realised lately that I get tired of listening to excessive cribbing. With the most sung "last one and a half year", cribbing kind of comes along with it; much like your 'buy 2 get 1 free' offer. Funny thing about these offers is that most people buy without having a need. So, instead of saving the money of one, they end up paying for two unnecessarily.

And this offer also, feels like life. Instead of saving yourself, you end up costing yourself twice. One, the incident, two, the thoughts as a part of effect.

Dreams have a way of curing you. It has energies to encase your sleep with. While best naps are dreamless. What cures you are the dreams you see with your eyes open. What you do for your dream is something that ensures good sleep.

As I search for my moon from my window
I'm assured
Even if it's not visible now
It's looking at me
Full with jealousy
