My land is old, yet developing
You are off for something new.
Where you used to mewl
That land, has now become taciturn.
The old land has become hopeless,
People of the modern land
Having an easy escape,
Are leaving their matriarch
For a handsome amount or
for education.
You think it's an innocuous step,
But who will point out this
blunder of yours that
It is detrimental to your land.
If you really care you'd not complain,
You'd have stayed here.

India being a progressive country. The most important thing is we need such people to be and work for the betterment of the country. Instead I always observe that brain drain is due to these escapes from being in India. Scientists, doctors, engineers, chartered accountants and other professionals leave India. Whatever can be the reason is for moving higher education, & lifestyles while most vital is highly paid jobs. I feel our government is also responsible for it. As these scholars get all the basic education from India free of cost. So, can't the Indian government make a rule in the Indian Constitution that Scholars should work at least for five years in India and later move out. People ignore India who made them of this level. They don't care about India & become migrants to another country. After all, each one of them should feel ashamed of themselves as earning money should not be an aspect but working for their own country would be admirable.

We sent the children from our village to the town for their education.
For their higher education, we sent them from towns to cities.
We made our peace with the fact that they are living far from us in the same country. And today they have to leave us behind to pursue jobs abroad.

No one thinks about the development of the village, why is the development of the village just a dream?
Brain drain at all levels in India. Everyone wants to be a job seeker rather than a job creater.
