I can't lie, but little excuses for you to buy:
1) Oh, Late to work, late to board the train, its still at the station, few more minutes, I cannot lie, but half an hour, my boss can buy.
2) I heard the school bell, but still left with assignments, its a committment, I see a little cough irritating, a dull face for the teacher, wont you excuse an ill girl still managing to make it, such sincere innocence you wont say no.
3) I love food you know, was busy dancing at college, I remember now, my classes ended few minutes late, late is late, I can't lie but few more hours, you will buy.
4) Its her wedding, besties all this time, I dressed best, to get pictures with the rest, that took me a while, traffic can save me, roads were full, and then we fought like a bull.
5) First date, unable to adjust, to impress him the most, an hour late the clock struck, can't let him wait, trains can be late but he is my mate, you know I can't lie, but a tight hug will bring a smile.
