Anger and Frustration pushes a person into depression. Depression is that state of mind, which not only makes a person mentally weak and unhealthy but also squeezes a person brutally from inside and drags a person towards dreadful thoughts where a person becomes literally confused, disturbed, irritated and unconscious about their activities.
Indeed, Life teaches us many lessons throughout and puts us in front of all types of obstacles so that every human being gains the ability to overcome everything.
This 2020 is indeed a cursed year for everyone. We have lost many precious, inspiring and highly talented souls from us. It's a very kind and friendly advice for all, that, if you find anyone in stress or depression, please do have a conversation with them, obviously keeping yourself mentality strong. Encourage and inspire people not to loose heart and think negative. Don't let anyone,for any reason, take stress and depression by any way.

time and again i am put to test.
as a woman, discrimination comes easy.
it is almost as if i get paid in hypocrisy
rather than my country's currency.

Anger gives us contentment for a wink, and Then it smashes to smithereens!

Blood stains on the wall and those little crunches,
Those are the results of my bleeding strong punches.

I don't know why my anger is now ruling over me,
I got those demons inside me now laughing loud,
looking at my soul which just wants to flee.
