tattered affinities
congested relationships
shattered hopes and
crippled dreams...
Rather I muster the afflictions in
the molten solemnity of
cascading perceptions
and glide them out in the
ink of wisely designed metaphors.

I shed tears when no one perceives the truth
I shed tears when I'm not able to howl

Love doesn't has to be perfect. It has been proven time and again that fairytales appear best on paper. They don't have the usual success rate in life.
Love just has to be the way it is. It defies logic and any attempt to rationalise. It doesn't care about the question mark put beside. Maybe this is why it is considered an affliction in Greek Mythology. Something you can't do much about.

" Reminiscence Of Affliction"

She was escaping herself from the grievous affliction of her past, she was running constantly but he was blindly following her. He was looking like a crawler, wherever she went he started crawling towards her, at a time, he was assuming many forms, sometimes, he was looking like severe wave, which was drowning her soul in itself, sometimes he was looking like a iron cage which was firmly grasping her mind. Sometimes he was looking like shackles, when she stepped forward he pulled her feet backward.
To and fro, up and down, here and there, only he was appearing as if he were reside in every particle of her world. She screamed more louder than her voice and made him laugh at her pathetic plight but had no way protecting of herself from that beast.
Eventually, she decided to bow down in front of him and returned into her afflicted past.
