The voluptuous fire !!
Some drowns me into,
A peaceful trance !!
Like that of your lips ....

And the trance continued,
Fading the sound of breaking heart.

And sometimes I wanna be lost in a trance,
A trance blessed with the oblivion's curse.
A trance so spirituous, so strong
that it gets me drunk and keeps me trippin' over myself.
A trance that holds me lose, with no option to choose.
No path to walk down, no destination to attain;
No seeking, no prying, no conclusion to arrive at.
Just a trance of prolonged unconsciousness,
a state of complete detachment.
A trance that pulls me into a slumber ransacked of dreams, yet filled with a rabble of rotten souls and their sunken reputation trying to usurp the dark throne of the Night.
A trance as white as stone-cold mornings—harsh but serene;
A trance where no promises hold true, no fear comes creepin' in, no mercy, no inhibition...only numbness deep within.

It takes your words
that pour down
as the heavenly raindrops
on the smouldering earth
to bring the babbling earth
to an awe-inspiring silence....

What is the feeling of being trapped in a trance while time slips away? What is the meaning of mere continuance when your heart betrays you at every step you take? My soul and my sane have forked long ago...both are following a different lane. And, I like the lone traveller am attracted by the iridescence of both...yet there is none to take.
