ज्यादा मीठा भी ,
सेहत के लिए ,
हानिकारक होता है।

कभी चाय और चीनी को,
खुद से जुदा मत करना,
बगैर चीनी के चाय अधूरी है ,
ठीक उसी प्रकार.....
बगैर चाय के चीनी का ,
कोई अस्तित्व नहीं है,
जिस तरह चीनी मिठास लाती है चाय में ,
उसी प्रकार...
तुम मेरे जिंदगी के मिठास हो।

Pain

Pressurises people playing privately,
Clarifies confusion casting clearity,
Howlingly hits heart hard.

Brings suffering with no so-called sweetness,
Gives great grief taking graceful happiness,
Makes memories & moment horribly bitter.

Yet most good things come out from this,
Teaches toughness, tolerance making oneself strong.
