When it comes to containing Coronavirus,

all your relationships
should be
long distance.

In the age of hustle-bustle
You tiptoed beside me
From chirping to withering, seasons passed
From teens to adults, time passed
From you to us, my clock paused
Footprints on the same shore
Stepping ahead more and more
Yet, walking together
Where no tide can wipe off!

It's still eleven minutes
to midnight.
Eleven minutes to
the hands of a clock
standing together as one.
Till then,
the hour, minutes
and seconds
subside and rise
like the indoor
of my lockdown
still figuring how
it and I can stand together
as one.

They were like 31st December and 1st January
As close as a moment and as far as a year
Yet they stood together
Coz, Every beautiful poem
Need not rhyme!!

Standing Together

Standing together doesn't mean we have to stand physically side by side,rather it simply expresses our helping attitude, polite words and smile, which collectively assures that we are together in every circumstances....

being in proximity with others,
is not being with them,
but against them.

Standing side by side,
Together we stride,
A stomp-a-yomp, stomp-a-yomp!
One, two, three!
En-er-gy!
Bawl, howl,
Ca-ter-waul!
Stomp, stomp,
One, two, three,
You and me!
Together we stand,
Together we stay,
Protect our land,
Every-day!

We are staying indoors yet standing together to subside Corona just a begining of the day.
