Acrostic name poem.

Knitting the pieces of threads as those where my dreams.
Hooked them in right places with each other as large ream.
Untied all the tangles which always come in between.
Sewed away who torned me to hinder my win.
Hanging all excess disturbing elements in sideline.
Beautifully crafted each part of It with love and pain.
Outcome was unique product I got, that was happiness solely mine.
Observed keenly, If shared with others, the moments can bounce back with good times.
