MENSTRUAL PAIN...

I always write in the wake of my feeling
But when it comes to this, I just can't write
It becomes a struggle; breathing and living
All it does it to cause pain, choke, gag and bite
The most natural acts becomes unnatural to do
Nothing you do makes you comfortable
Even doing nothing is a reason for the pain
It can be a curse or a blessing

Above all, I accept it as a part of me
An essential part to me as a human being
Despite the pain, I appreciate this part of me
I won't deliberately stop it for anything
Like seasons, it comes and goes
At the same time, my body changes and grows

Until menopause, nothing will change!!!
