सर्द राते हो या तपती धूप हो साहब
वो फसलों को अपने खून से सीचा करता है

नतमस्तक हो जाता है सर मेरा
उस किसान के आगे

जो खुद प्यासा रहने के बावजूद ...

अपने खलियानो को दूसरो का पेट भरने के लिए
तपती धूप में पानी देता है

वतन को हीर मानकर
उससे राँझे सा प्यार किया ...

उसका दुप्पटा नहीं
तिरंगे पर खुद को निसार किया !!!

Hum kahne ko azaad hain ,
Kathputli aaj bhi bane hue hain
Doosro'n ke hathon ki ..!!

शांत सा कोहरा छाया था,
चारों ओर अंधेरों का साया था,
मौसम की खराबी नहीं थी वो,
बस, एक किसान के ,
नन्हों ने खाना नहीं खाया था।

Na jaane ye kaisa देश hai,
Yaha फ़सल ugane wala hi
Daane daane ka मौहताज hai.

It's been 74 years since our beloved country got independent, we cannot imagine the amount of sacrifices our freedom fighters have made,we are blessed to receive a free land where we can have access to freedom of expression, religion, speech and what not .We are blessed to be born in a country with diversity of culture, religion, ethical values, India is a symbol of pride and prestige and the people who sacrificed their life so as to make us free from captivity are the gems of this beautiful crown.
